Just created a pretty cool QR code with my face in it at http://research.swtch.com/qr/show/38d5d774ca031f61. So I thought I'd tell you how I did it. The real credit goes to the guy who built the QR code generator with the ability to insert an image at the link I posted above. But you need to do a little more work than just uploading your photo. If you want to do your face like mine you need to throw the image into photoshop first. Find a tutorial for the Che Guevara/Barak Obama effect. Make a black and white version of your image and save it as an 8bit .png file. You may have to play around with the settings for the QR code at http://research.swtch.com/qr/draw to get it just right but the end result is awesome and it scans great and will work with just about any url, try and keep the URL small though.
